Responsibilities
- Build a foundational understanding of Stripe's products, services and features
- Respond to customer emails with accurate information and resources
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with senior guidance, and escalate complex ones
- Follow up to confirm issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues and resolutions in internal tools
- Take part in team meetings, training and learning initiatives
- Complete training programs and keep improving your performance and professional skills
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate (2026)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- User-first mindset and enjoyment of solving difficult problems
- Strong analytical thinking, open-ended research and problem-solving skills
- Interest in learning technical products and processes
- Organized, self-starting and process-oriented
- Able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Humble, with a track record of working well across teams and with external partners
- Comfortable with an in-office environment and cross-team collaboration
