Responsibilities

  • Build real features on the product, with a senior engineer reviewing every change
  • Own a named module within two to three quarters
  • Write your own tests from the start
  • Rotate across product engineering, dashboards, and client delivery in your first year
  • Join the support rotation for the modules you build

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA, recent graduate
  • Programming fundamentals, including data structures and complexity
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • SQL and relational database basics
  • A self-built project you can defend
  • Git as a working tool
  • Strong response to code review

Nice to have: production internship experience, open-source contributions, FastAPI, React, or Kotlin exposure, cloud, mobile, or AI coursework, and AI-assisted development experience.
