Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Impact
- Manage client transactions and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Field incoming help requests via phone or email, documenting user details and issue nature.
- Update availability in the RAVE system to maintain process productivity.
- Record, track, and resolve queries, adhering to SLA commitments.
- Leverage internal knowledge bases to provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Identify trends from call logs and contribute to self‑help documentation.
- Escalate critical issues to Team Leaders and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Deliver courteous, professional troubleshooting and guide users through product features.
- Follow up with scheduled callbacks to capture feedback and verify SLA compliance.
- Participate in product trainings and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
