Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into L&T’s digital learning products.
- Build AI‑powered applications using LLMs, NLP, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and create REST APIs to connect AI services with existing platforms.
- Assist in prompt engineering, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and other teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Prototype emerging AI technologies and evaluate their feasibility for real‑world use cases.
- Support deployment, debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
