Responsibilities
- Design, develop and run manual and automated test cases for web or software applications
- Identify, document and track defects with developers and QA engineers
- Create and maintain test scripts, test data and test documentation
- Take part in functional, regression, smoke and integration testing
- Validate software builds and releases against quality standards
- Contribute to test automation using appropriate frameworks and tools
- Analyze test results and help troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Basic understanding of software development and testing principles
- Familiarity with at least one programming language
- Able to work on-site in Mumbai for the 6-month internship
- Available for a 6-day working schedule
Good to have:
- Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman
- Familiarity with Git
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum
