Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact

  • Participate in requirement‑gathering workshops alongside senior consultants.
  • Configure and execute supply‑chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Draft and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
  • Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver user training and post‑go‑live support.
  • Assist with data migration, master‑data setup, and ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Requirement Details
Education MBA (Supply Chain & Operations) or BE in Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent supply‑chain background
Experience 0‑2 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or as an end‑user, or experience in other ERP systems with a willingness to learn
Technical Skills Basic understanding of SCM modules, data migration concepts, and testing methodologies
Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset, effective communication, teamwork, and a proactive learning attitude
