You get structured training and hands-on work across Audio Visual, Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity and Data Center technologies on enterprise-scale projects.

Responsibilities
- Take part in structured technical training and on-the-job learning
- Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting AV solutions, network infrastructure, ELV systems, cybersecurity solutions and data center infrastructure
- Support installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of technology systems
- Monitor infrastructure performance and help troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams and project records
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and service partners
- Follow information security, safety, quality and compliance standards
- Join preventive maintenance activities, audits and infrastructure health checks
- Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation and technology evaluation work
Requirements
Education (any one): Diploma Engineering, B.Sc., BCA, BCS, MCA or M.Sc.
Preferred disciplines: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation
Basic understanding of:
- Computer networks and communication systems
- Operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- IP-based technologies
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Cloud computing concepts
- Data center technologies
- IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Structured cabling and ELV systems
- Microsoft Office applications
Added advantage: internship, academic project or hands-on exposure in IT infrastructure, networking, ELV, security systems, AV technologies, cloud or data centers.
Soft skills: analytical and problem-solving ability, good verbal and written communication, customer-focused approach, teamwork, quick learning, and willingness to travel to client or project locations when required.
