Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact
- Review client requirement documents and preliminary test plans, ensuring timely delivery.
- Configure Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) system using internal tools and parameters.
- Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases based on system analysis.
- Document configuration details, identify defects, and work with the team to resolve them.
