RWS, a global AI solutions company, is hiring an Associate Sales Operations Analyst. You'll join the global Sales Operations team and support the Commercial organisation with accurate compensation and reporting. The role is listed as remote in India.

The role mainly covers calculating, administering and communicating commission and bonus plans for the global Commercial organisation. You'll work closely with Sales and Finance, help with ongoing commercial reporting and maintain dashboards on the Sisense BI system. The team is known for high standards and high-quality data, and you're expected to keep looking for ways to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Calculate regular commission and bonus payments, and submit them to payroll on time
- Communicate targets and compensation statements promptly
- Handle queries quickly and professionally
- Produce and collate compensation documentation
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting across platforms
- Keep corporate data accurate and consistent
- Prepare and distribute reports across the Commercial organisation
- Review team processes and your own methods to improve efficiency
- Build strong relationships across the business
Requirements
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Organised, with good time management and a "can do" attitude
- Confident communicator and a good team player who can also work independently
- Experience with large volumes of data
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning or other CRM systems
- Knowledge of BI platforms such as Sisense
- Previous experience in a fast-moving, sales-oriented company is a plus
- Strong business acumen
- Educated to degree level
