Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact
- Monitor Azure infrastructure, applications, and services using approved tools and respond to alerts within SLAs.
- Provide first‑level troubleshooting and resolution for Windows and Linux VMs, networking components, and backup operations.
- Execute routine operational tasks—patching, health checks, capacity monitoring, and scheduled job validation.
- Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams and participate in major incident bridges.
- Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to keep the team efficient and informed.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless support and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
