Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact
- Own the full course review and approval lifecycle, from submission to final approval.
- Manage daily learning requests and ensure timely processing.
- Review course content for compliance with NASBA and KPMG CPE guidelines.
- Administer CPE credits and issue certificates of attendance in the LMS.
- Handle participant queries and complaints via email, maintaining SLA and quality standards.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, onshore leaders, and external learners throughout the process.
- Escalate issues and report potential risks to the team lead.
- Uphold all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements consistently.
Qualifications & Requirements
