Your Profile: 

  1. Identify, target and convert new potential business prospects for Activities Pan India.
  2. Handling & Client Servicing all Regional event Organizers for Regular & Festival events
  3. Support the DIY onboarding process for incoming event listing client leads, ensuring a seamless experience.
  4. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, working towards reducing complaint numbers and enhancing user satisfaction.
  5. Take full accountability of the the accounts assigned to him/her.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and promotional activities are aligned with event listings and business objectives.

Your Checklist:

  1. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
  2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  3. Good knowledge of drafting emails and can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  4. Time management and organizational skills.
  5. Always polite and helpful with people and dealing calmly with difficult situations.
  6. Able to work under minimum supervision.
  7. Requirements : 1 Bengaluru I 1 Hyderabad
