About the role
GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.
We are currently hiring a Sr. Product Owner
Summary: The hired employee will serve as the liaison between the business and technical teams, guiding and collaborating closely with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and configuration teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively.
Required Skilled:
- 8+ years overall Product Ownership experience
- 10+ years overall IT experience with bachelor’s degree (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, +4 years of overall IT experience
- Prior background in requirement gathering, writing requirements, defining use cases and user stories for a ServiceNow implementation or enhancement, preferably for CRM module, but will also consider ITSM, CSM, etc.
Location: Hybrid, mostly 1-2 days a week onsite, occasionally may take up to 3 days in a week onsite in Reston, VA.
