Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood, bringing together premium pickleball courts, curated experiences, and exceptional food and beverage. With more than 28,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, Hamlin House combines elevated hospitality, great food, and meaningful connection.
JF Restaurants is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our team and help create memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Server, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while helping create a welcoming and polished dining experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to timing, presentation, and detail.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Handle payments accurately and address guest concerns professionally.
- Stay current on menu items, seasonal offerings, and special events.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience; upscale or high-volume experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet applicable food handling and alcohol service certification requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
