About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Payer Sales to lead sales strategy and drive new-customer growth across national and regional health plans. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and leading sales executives; establishing a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process; and engaging senior health plan leaders on value-based care, risk adjustment, quality, and provider network activation. The role will shape integrated offerings in partnership with product, clinical, and customer success teams, while collaborating with executive leadership on territory design, pricing, and growth plans. The successful candidate will also represent the organization in the market and build strategic partnerships. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of healthcare technology or services sales experience, including five or more years leading payer-focused sales teams. Deep knowledge of value-based care, risk adjustment, quality programs, and health plan provider-network activation is required, along with experience selling related software and services to health plans. Applicants should have a record of building pipelines and winning complex enterprise deals, established relationships with health plan leaders, and experience hiring and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong executive presence and the ability to translate clinical and data capabilities into clear business value are essential; experience scaling a sales organization during growth or after a merger is preferred.
