About the role

Job Description

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Procore’s Owners product organization. You’ll drive strategy and execution for how owners manage their construction portfolios, and make confident decisions about where to invest next. Your goal is to make Procore the place owners run their capital investment portfolio, so they stop stitching it together from spreadsheets and email.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, peer product teams across financials, planning, reporting and data, and more, plus our owner customers. Together you’ll ship portfolio experiences and validate them with the people who use them. This role needs systems thinking, cross-functional execution and customer discovery skills, and the job is to turn a clear owner strategy into a product that owners adopt and expand. Apply today.

This position reports to a Director of Product for Owners and is based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for our owner customers.
  • Coordinate execution with many teams across the Procore product and technology organization.
  • Spend real time with owners (developers, institutions, public agencies, retailers, corporate real estate teams, and more) to understand how they plan, fund and govern their programs, and validate direction directly with them.
  • Translate product work into business outcomes by defining the OKRs you move and the metrics that prove them, including adoption and net retention.
  • Write clear, engineer-ready requirements that specify behavior, edge cases, permissions and dependencies.
  • Evangelize the strategy to senior stakeholders and to Procore’s largest owner customers.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple product and engineering teams toward one outcome.
  • Strong systems thinking. You catch the roll-up that doesn’t reconcile, the permissions edge case and the downstream dependency before someone else raises it.
  • Clear, precise written communication. Your PRDs and requirements close gaps rather than open them.
  • Proficiency with AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You create clarity, make the call, explain your reasoning and move.
  • Experience with construction technology, AEC, real estate, or capital program management is a plus.
