About the role
Senior Product Manager (Sales/Events)
Client Location: Chicago, IL
Type: 6+ months
Note: This position is 100% remote; must be located in the US working CST hours. No sponsor or transfer visas now or in the future.
Responsibilities: This individual will provide product leadership and direction for a product pod that has primarily focused on keeping existing capabilities operational. This role will establish a forward-looking product vision and lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of improvements across key applications and integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of overall Product Management experience
- Proficient digital web & app background, with prior experience delivering enterprise level products and experiences
- Experience in ecommerce or hospitality a plus
- Prior experience with POS or property management system (PMS) integrations is preferred
- Ready and eager to receive coaching and mentoring on product management best practices from more senior members of the product management community
- Comfortable managing discussions from both a business and technical lens
- Passionate about improving customer experiences. Self-directed searching out what's broken and sees fixes through
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Office, JIRA, and other agile development tools
