Job Description
•Process Design: Developing and designing manufacturing processes
•Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes
•Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance
•Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues
•Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives
•Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
•Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation
•Training and Support: Providing training and support production to optimized processes.
•Ensuring all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
•Project Management: Managing process improvement projects
Qualifications
Technical:
•Mastering the hot press of brake pad in depth.
(More than 5 years experience on brake pad hot press field)
•Manufacturing process knowledge
•Knowledge of the machinery and equipment
•Quality Control & Assurance
•Knowledge of Industrial engineering
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations
•Knowledge of friction formulation
•SAP basic operation
Methodological:
•BPS basic
•P-FMEA and Control Plan/WI knowledge
•A3/PSS
•Developing and maintaining standard
•Data analysis and create report for process performance
Managerial:
•Project management
•Excellent communication and team work ability
•Lead process improvement
