About the role
Digital Marketing Account Manager
Pursuit | Tampa, FL (On-site)
Our client is a full-service marketing agency offering 30+ services across traditional media, digital marketing, and emerging AI solutions. They have a collaborative, team-oriented culture that prioritizes hands-on training, employee development, and long-term growth.
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage relationships with high-value clients, discuss marketing performance, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. This is a client-facing account management role focused on retention, communication, and account growth. You'll work closely with internal teams across PPC, SEO, social media, and other marketing channels, but will not be responsible for directly managing campaigns or executing marketing strategies.

Looking for:
- 2+ years of account management experience (1 year may be considered for a strong candidate)
- Broad digital marketing knowledge, especially Google Ads, PPC, and SEO fundamentals
- Ability to review campaign performance data and confidently explain results to clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client conversations
- Comfortable navigating challenging client situations and managing expectations
- Someone who is confident, collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently
- HVAC or home services industry experience is a plus
- Social media experience alone will not be enough for this role
