Responsibilities

  • Present financial results to senior leadership in Monthly Business Reviews, budget presentations, and strategic plan reviews, serving as the finance voice behind the numbers
  • Own the full COM cost stack (materials, freight, personnel, and OpEx), including full allocation of those costs to business units each period
  • Partner with the business to identify and quantify opportunities to improve cost structure
  • Design, automate, and continuously improve standard monthly and quarterly reporting, analytical processes, and controls
  • Support month-end close, including analysis and variance review with Accounting

  • 4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Advanced Excel and database skills, including complex models, lookups, and large data sets
  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Power Query, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication
