About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy that is directly tied to revenue targets for provider acquisition, activation, and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital marketing budget, agency relationships, and building and leading a small digital team. A key focus of the role is on the full conversion path, from initial provider engagement to ongoing prescription activity, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality in a regulated healthcare environment. The role also involves the integration of digital marketing efforts with sales, and close partnership with the regulatory and compliance team to ensure all digital assets and campaigns meet the necessary standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in healthcare marketing is essential, particularly in understanding how clinical decisions, staff workflow, and compliance impact marketing strategies. The role requires deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot, a proven track record of growing a marketing funnel with measurable revenue impact, and the ability to manage agencies effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the analytics stack, executive presence, and excellent writing skills. A builder's instinct and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are also key attributes for this position.
