About the Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer / Lead Salesforce Developer to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team supporting a large-scale Salesforce CRM platform. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Salesforce professional who enjoys both hands-on development and technical leadership.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce development, experience working with large data volumes, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring other developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Triggers.
- Develop and support REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Optimize Salesforce applications to efficiently handle large data volumes and high transaction volumes.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Triggers
- REST APIs and integrations
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience designing solutions for large data volumes and performance optimization.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
- Banking or financial services industry experience.
- Java development background.
- Experience with Jira and Bitbucket.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
