Role: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer who combines technical depth with leadership excellence . In this role, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and influence architectural decisions across large, complex systems. You will be expected to operate both as a hands-on engineer and a technical mentor , driving innovation, quality, and engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Triggers and Async Apex
- SOQL and data modeling
- Proven experience working with large data volumes and implementing performance optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce customization , including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk) and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams .
- Excellent communication skills and executive-level presence , with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry .
- Exposure to cloud-native application development .
- Hands-on experience with:
- APIs and web services
- Java or other backend technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools .
Working knowledge of:
- JIRA
- Bitbucket
- Source control systems (Git-based workflows)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus).
- Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities .
