Junior Salesforce Developer (Financial Services Cloud)
Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid | 1 Day Onsite Per Week)
Up to $115,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom integrations
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams
- Support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization
- Participate in Salesforce roadmap initiatives and strategic platform improvements
- Contribute to best practices around development, deployment, and system scalability
What We're Looking For
✅ 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
✅ At least 6 months of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
✅ Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
✅ Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
✅ Salesforce certifications are a plus
✅ HubSpot experience is beneficial but not required
