Sales Support Specialist

Join the Golden Boat Lifts Team!Golden Boat Lifts is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers!
In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team, assist customers and dealers, and help keep orders moving smoothly from entry through production. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks without losing track of the details.
What You'll Do- Support our sales team with customer inquiries, dealer requests, and daily sales activities.
- Assist existing dealers and contact prospective dealers.
- Answer questions about our products and services.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- Review orders for accurate pricing, product details, and customer information.
- Coordinate with Production, Scheduling, and Shipping to keep orders on track.
- Maintain serial number records and prepare production paperwork.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning new software, including QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing preferred.

Requirements:
Pay: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience

- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enter orders accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and other departments.
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Compensation details: 22-24 Hourly Wage
