About the role
Deck Guru is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team!
We specialize in deck resurfacing, repairs, composite decking upgrades, railings, and outdoor living improvements throughout Northern Virginia. We are seeking a sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and turning opportunities into sales.
The ideal candidate will conduct on-site consultations, evaluate customer needs, take measurements, prepare estimates and proposals, and follow up with prospective customers to close sales. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
Previous sales experience is required, preferably in home improvement, construction, or remodeling. Knowledge of decking materials and residential construction is a plus.
