About the role
Sales Manager — Florida Home360 (Pembroke Pines, FL)
We sell and install impact windows and doors, roofing and one-day baths across South Florida, and we do the work ourselves: our own GC, roofing and electrical licenses, our own window crews. The sales side is a one-call-close, in-home operation with 14 reps, a training manager and 350–400 company-issued appointments a month.
We need a Sales Manager to run it. The reps and the training manager report to you, and you report to ownership. Not a VP who manages from a dashboard: someone who has carried a number for a 10-plus-rep in-home team, still knows how to close in a kitchen, and will spend real time on ride-alongs and TO calls. You will own close rate (target 28% net-to-issued), net sales against a $1.1–1.4 million monthly install goal, the reps who produce them, the training program and the TO process. You will live in Zoho CRM and Rilla recordings and bring a weekly scorecard the owner can act on.
You have led in-home sales teams in home improvement for five or more years and been accountable for $10 million-plus in annual net sales. You have built or rebuilt a training program. Spanish is a strong plus. You are in Broward or Miami-Dade and available when homeowners are home, which includes evenings and weekends.
Pay is $100,000–$120,000 base plus an uncapped monthly close-rate bonus; at a 28%+ team close rate that is $175,000–$200,000 in year one. (Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k).)
To apply, send your resume with three numbers: the size of the last team you led, its net-to-issued close rate, and your best personal month in the home.
