Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Superintendent to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demands.
