About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive new-customer acquisition across an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. The role includes building relationships with senior healthcare executives and navigating complex purchasing decisions within large health systems. The successful candidate will partner with customer success teams to identify and close expansion opportunities, while developing a strong understanding of healthcare IT budgets and technology purchasing dynamics. They will also clearly communicate the value of the offering to sophisticated healthcare buyers. Candidates should have a proven record of winning complex, senior-level deals within large healthcare organizations and exceeding sales targets. Confidence engaging with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs, is essential. The role calls for strong sales drive and the ability to learn new domains quickly; prior cybersecurity or third-party risk management experience is not required. Existing relationships with senior healthcare technology leaders in the territory are an advantage, but not essential.
