About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple Asia-Pacific markets for a fast-growing technology business. The role includes setting regional strategy and budgets, aligning marketing with sales and revenue goals, and building a repeatable demand-generation engine across campaigns, account-based marketing, digital acquisition, events, and customer lifecycle programs. The successful candidate will establish the region’s marketing systems, operations, and team, while adapting global messaging for local audiences and sharing market insights with global teams. Responsibilities also include strengthening brand visibility and customer advocacy, managing regional digital channels, and developing partnerships with agencies and channel partners. Candidates should have at least eight years of B2B technology marketing experience, including five or more years leading teams across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. Experience building marketing functions in high-growth environments and delivering pipeline and revenue results through demand generation, account-based marketing, and attribution is required. Applicants should be able to market to both technical audiences and executive buyers, understand the distinct needs of regional markets, and have experience with partner marketing. Strong leadership of distributed, culturally diverse teams is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field; postgraduate study is an advantage.
