Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Start: October 20, 2026
Job Type: Project Based/ Variable Hours
Pay Frequency: Weekly
About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring Quality Inspectors for contract assignments at a Warehouse in Austin, TX. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, validating, and documenting parts and materials to ensure compliance with customer standards. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and validate parts according to customer specifications and work instructions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and rework
- Identify and report any defects, nonconformities, or process issues
- Perform rework, repackaging, and labeling as required
- Support daily coordination and investigation of rejected materials
- Communicate inspection results to the supervisor and team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals while following all safety standards
What You Bring - Required
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work with a nontraditional schedule. This is Project based and daily work is not guarantee. It’s unpredictable due to daily production needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual or dimensional defects
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand for long periods (8–12 hours per shift)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility is a must — must be willing to perform different warehouse duties and assist wherever needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What You Bring - Preferred
- Manual quality inspecting experience
- Fast-paced production environment. It requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
