About the role
Now Hiring Production Machine Operators
Location: Richardson, TX 75081
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Primarily 8-hour shifts, occasional 12-hour shifts depending on production needs
Overtime: Available
Facility: Climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Abundant Solutions is seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Richardson, TX. Qualified candidates should have hands-on manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a basic understanding of production machinery and equipment controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, start, and shut down production machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality.
- Adjust machine settings within authorized limits.
- Identify equipment malfunctions and report abnormalities.
- Respond to equipment alarms and perform basic troubleshooting as trained.
- Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance.
- Record production output, downtime, and equipment issues.
- Follow machine safety procedures and established work instructions.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
- Basic knowledge of sensors, switches, control panels, and emergency stops.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools.
- Ability to identify and report equipment problems.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Ability to work occasional extended shifts and overtime.
Language: English or Mandarin communication skills are welcome. Mandarin-only candidates are accepted.
