We are now hiring for Production Associates for a Manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX. Please submit your resume to this posting for review.
Schedule:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm)
Pay:
1st shift: $19/hr
2nd shift: $19/hr + $1/hr shift differential
Responsibilities
Strip, cut, and crimp wires according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Assemble electrical components and products according to work instructions.
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and accurately.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
Required: Hands-on experience stripping and crimping wires.
Required: Strong blueprint-reading and interpretation skills.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, electrical assembly, or a similar environment.
Ability to use hand tools and measure components accurately.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required.
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and involves hands-on assembly and production work. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and product quality.
