Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is looking for a Production Management Lead / Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its client data platform technology team. You will be the link between business users, production support, and development teams, keeping the firm's client data platform and Salesforce environment stable, accurate, and improving. The platforms support distribution, marketing, operations, investor services, client relations, and product management teams globally.
This is a hands-on role that combines production support, business analysis, and data analysis. Strong SQL skills are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own day-to-day L3 production support for the client data platform and Salesforce, including monitoring platform health, data feeds, and batch processes
- Triage and resolve incidents, lead root cause analysis, and keep stakeholders informed during outages
- Manage intake and prioritization of business requests through ServiceNow, with attention to SLAs and ticket governance
- Investigate data discrepancies across client, account, contact, and product data, and work with source system owners to fix them
- Partner with business users to understand problems, then write requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for development teams
- Act as a subject matter expert on accounts, contacts, firms, interactions, campaigns, territories, coverage, and reporting
- Coordinate releases from planning and validation testing through deployment and post-production checks
- Provide clear status updates and operational reporting to senior stakeholders
- Take part in an on-call rotation for critical production incidents
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, production management, CRM technology, or application support
- Strong, hands-on SQL used regularly for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Python, or comparable data analysis tools
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile delivery
- A track record of root cause analysis and working through data quality issues
- Confidence working directly with senior business stakeholders, and strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Financial services or asset management experience
- Experience supporting client, contact, account, sales, marketing, or distribution platforms
- Knowledge of investment management business processes
- Familiarity with release management, change management, and production governance
