About the role
A fintech-driven asset-based lender is seeking a Product and Strategy Manager to own their product roadmap and drive AI integration across their proprietary lending platform. This is a builder's role for someone who sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and product thinking. The right candidate has sharpened their skills in consulting or a demanding operator environment and is comfortable going deep with engineers while communicating clearly to executive and investor audiences.
The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of technical fluency, structured strategic thinking, and hands-on product ownership. They are AI-native, use LLMs and automation tools in their daily workflow, and have a strong point of view on how technology creates business leverage. This individual thrives in small, high-ownership environments and moves with speed and precision.
Key Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience across engineering, consulting, and/or product roles
- Technical fluency required: able to read specs, review pull requests, and partner closely with engineers; hands-on experience with code preferred
- Experience at a top-tier strategy or consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML product integration, LLMs, and intelligent workflow automation
- Strong command of product management tools including Figma, GitHub, Asana, and CI/CD environments
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Fintech or financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
