Production / Assembly & Packaging Associate
Location: Grapevine, TX
Company: Hire Energy Staffing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Job Summary
Hire Energy Staffing is seeking dependable Production Associates for a growing printing and fulfillment operation in Grapevine, TX. This position involves printing customer orders, assembling decorative prints into frames, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with printing customer orders using production printing equipment.
- Assemble decorative prints into frames according to specifications.
- Inspect printed materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package framed and unframed prints carefully to prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn printing equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
