About the role
PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid
Healthcare Support is actively seeking a PBM Data Analyst - Hybrid to support a nationally recognized leader in healthcare. This company is a leader in providing benefit administration solutions to employers, unions, health plans, and government entities. We are looking for candidates in New York, NY!
Daily Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of account executives to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance.
- Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development.
- Manage high profile but limited client book.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services, including but not limited to overall pharmacy strategy, financial performance, contract management
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations experience
- Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
- Vendor management experience
- Accumulations experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
