Physical Therapist Outpatient Position – New Grads Welcome

Full Time- Part-Time - PRN- Seasonal

Align PT and Pilates – Fort Myers, Florida

If you’re a Physical Therapist who values hands‐on treatment, individualized care, and the ability to think critically without the pressure of high‐volume scheduling, this is an exceptional opportunity. We are a boutique outpatient Physical Therapy and Pilates practice offering true one‐on‐one care, clinical autonomy, and mentorship in a supportive, movement‐focused environment.

Why New Grads and Early‐Career PTs Love This Role

  • One‐on‐one treatment
  • Strong mentorship from a PT with 35+ years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience
  • Time to evaluate thoroughly and treat intentionally
  • Opportunity to integrate Pilates‐based rehabilitation
  • A calm, supportive clinic culture focused on quality, not volume
  • Clear growth pathways as the practice expands

About Align PT and Pilates

We are a growing outpatient practice built around personalized care, movement, and long‐term patient relationships. Our model blends evidence‐based Physical Therapy, advanced manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and Pilates‐based rehabilitation.

This is not an assembly‐line clinic. You will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions based on what each patient truly needs.

A Note from Sue Dupont, Clinic Owner

I’ve been a Physical Therapist for more than 35 years, and I built Align PT and Pilates to be the kind of clinic where clinicians can truly practice the way we were trained — with time, intention, movement, and hands‐on care. If you’re looking for a place where your clinical reasoning matters, where mentorship is real, and where you can grow into the clinician you want to become, I would love to talk with you.
