About the role
Oracle Financial Production Support Analyst
Location: Lynnwood, WA (local Only)
Contract Position
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Production Support Analyst to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain processes, along with hands-on SQL expertise for issue analysis, data validation, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Oracle EBS Financial and Supply Chain modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and data-related issues across Finance and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Support business users by analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
- Monitor interfaces, transactions, and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and release support activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications in a production environment.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
- Oracle General Ledger (GL)
- Oracle Cost Management (Cost)
- Oracle Order Management (OM), including Pricing and Shipping
- Customer Management
- Supplier Management
