About the role
WE’RE HIRING: ORACLE HCM PAYROLL LEAD
Pride Health is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM professional for a contract opportunity with a corporate payroll operations team in New York City!
Location: New York, NY 10041
Contract: 2 months with a strong possibility of extension
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Department: Corporate Payroll Operations
Pay Range: $67-75/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve HR systems.
- Support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements.
- Support system integrations, data migration, and data accuracy.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, regression testing, and report validation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong primary experience with PeopleSoft and secondary experience with Oracle HCM .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll operations, and HR processes.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and payroll-related systems.
Additional Technical Requirements:
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM or HRIS experience.
- 5+ years developing Oracle Cloud HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Experience supporting Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor.
- Experience with quarterly releases, regression testing, and report validation.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: Payroll Implementation Professional.
- Oracle BI Publisher or Oracle Analytics certification.
