What You Will Do in this Role:

This is not a desk job. This is not a call center position. This is a position that will allow you to get to know businesses currently servicing your community, while helping those businesses expand their brand and ultimately their business revenue. Through your product offerings you will provide businesses with additional visibility in a successful community magazine already in distribution, as well as via digital and online marketing strategies to increase their business footprint.

You will get to know local business owners within your community and help them to solve the problem every business face, which is becoming known by the households closest to them. Local business owners don't need another ad; they need their neighbors' attention! That's what you'll offer and sell to them. Product offerings to help them gain more clients and increase their revenue via print, digital and online marketing meanings.

You will provide businesses guaranteed access to their neighborhood and community: via a magazine about their own community , mailed into the exact homes around a business — kept on coffee tables for a month, not scrolled past in seconds — with premium placements beside the content people actually read, and a digital layer (targeted ads, listings, reviews) already working when readers look the business up. Again: Local owners don’t need another invisible ad; they need their neighbors’ attention. That’s what you’ll sell.

You will be provided (at no cost to you) with all of the training and the tools necessary for you to approach business owners and decision makers within your community to educate them on how to expand and increase their revenue. Use the company’s training and proven system to build a book of business that pays you for years to come, not just once.

You Will Be Provided Support and Training from Day One (1) :

You will get structured training on how to launch your business. Then you will have access to daily live coaching you can utilize, and a regional leadership team at your disposal for support from day one. You’re in business for yourself, never by yourself.

Compensation Model:

This is a 100% commission based position, where you will be working as an independent contractor with UNCAPPED earning potential with zero start-up costs to you. You will be eligible for bonus earnings while you build your business within your community. You have no limits on your earning potential, earning off of your individual efforts and the more money you want to make the better! Realistic earning potential is as follows:

• Year 1 earning potential of $65,000+
• Year 2 earning potential of $150,000+
• Top performers exceed $1,000,000 in annual sales volume and earn commissions accordingly (you can earn 70% - 80% commission off of your total sales volume annually)!
• Top performers can also win free annual incentive trips to places like Bermuda, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Italy, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

• Motivated, money hungry individuals looking to run their own business (with NO BOSS) and be rewarded handsomely for their efforts!
• NO SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, but historically a track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in an outside sales, B2B environment do extremely well.
• Real estate and insurance background individuals all do well here.

• Must have your own vehicle, phone, laptop, and reliable internet: you’ll be meeting business owners in person, in your territory.
