About the role

Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site)

Department: Marketing

Reports to: VP, Marketing Technology

Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the day-to-day health of our HubSpot platform. We're a direct-to-consumer business running an advanced, multi-brand HubSpot environment: it powers our website (CMS), our marketing automation, Breeze AI agents, and service-side ticketing integrations. You'll keep that platform clean, governed and reliable, make sure leads flow accurately from our lead sources and call center into HubSpot, and keep the tracking data our channel decisions depend on trustworthy.

You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing Technology, our Senior Data Engineer, and our Performance and Lifecycle Marketing teams, plus Sales Operations on call-center lead flow. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes building clean, documented systems, solving problems fast, and finding smarter ways to work, including with AI.

What You'll Do

HubSpot Administration and Governance (primary)

• Own day-to-day HubSpot administration across multiple brands: lifecycle stages, lists, segmentation, workflows, routing and properties

• Maintain brand-level structure and cross-brand workflow integrations so each brand runs cleanly on a shared platform

• Support HubSpot CMS operations for our websites, including forms, templates and page-level tracking

• Help configure, monitor and govern Breeze AI agents alongside the VP of Marketing Technology

• Partner with the service team on HubSpot ticketing pipelines and integrations so marketing and service data stay aligned

• Build and maintain workflows for lifecycle, nurture, routing and data hygiene; bring complex architecture changes to the VP of Marketing Technology

• Run HubSpot governance: naming conventions, user permissions, property standards and regular audits of workflows, lists and fields

• Manage change control: document, test and QA changes before t

they go live, with a rollback plan for anything that affects routing

• Maintain HubSpot documentation, including workflow maps, routing logic and a data dictionary

• Keep the database clean through deduplication, normalization and ongoing hygiene routines

Lead Flow and Integrations:

• Monitor lead flow from LeadConduit, Ringba and Five9 into HubSpot, and confirm that leads, call events and dispositions sync accurately

• Partner with Sales Operations and the call-center team to resolve mapping and sync issues between our call-center platform and HubSpot

• Troubleshoot field mapping errors and sync failures; escalate engineering fixes to our Senior Data Engineer

• Document integration mappings, dependencies and fixes

• Support new connectors and data integrations, including AI tool connections, as they join our stack

Tracking and Source Data:

• Own UTM and source tracking standards and enforce them across every channel, including affiliate partners

• Keep source and channel data clean and consistent to support our move to last-touch attribution

• QA GA4 events and conversions and GTM tags; help Performance Marketing validate pixels

• Provide marketing-side data requirements to Data Engineering for BI reporting

Campaign Operations Support:

• Partner with Lifecycle Marketing on email and SMS nurture setup, segmentation, triggers and QA

• Partner with Performance Marketing to make sure campaigns are operationally ready to launch

• QA forms, landing pages and tracking across our HubSpot CMS sites

Reporting and Data Quality:

• Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for our DTC funnel: leads, calls, sales and conversion by brand and channel

• Monitor data quality across HubSpot and connected systems, and drive root-cause fixes

• Support monthly marketing performance reporting

AI and Process Improvement:

• Use AI tools to speed up building, documenting, QA and troubleshooting

• Help the marketing team adopt AI-enabled workflows in HubSpot and across our stack

• Spot manual, repetitive work and automate it

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech or CRM administration

• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot admin experience (workflows, lists, lifecycle, routing, properties); HubSpot certifications a plus

• Experience across multiple HubSpot hubs (Marketing, CMS, Service); multi-brand or multi-business-unit setups a strong plus

• Experience with HubSpot Breeze or other AI agents a plus

• Background in direct-to-consumer marketing

• Experience supporting high-volume lead generation (tens of thousands of leads a month)

• Working knowledge of UTMs, source tracking and attribution; experience with GA4 and GTM QA

• Familiarity with call-center lead flow (Five9, Ringba, LeadConduit or similar)

• Comfortable using AI tools in your everyday work

• Detail-oriented, and you document as you go

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical teammates

• Understanding of lead-gen funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate) a plus
