We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees!
No previous management experience is required. We provide paid training to help you develop skills in sales, customer service, team leadership, account management, and business development.
If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sales, and customer service are encouraged to apply. Recent graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to learn about client products, promotions, and business goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships and accounts.
- Communicate with customers through face-to-face interactions and promotional activities.
- Work with team members to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Support sales initiatives, customer engagement, and brand promotion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Learn how to train, support, and mentor new team members as you gain experience.
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
