- 24/7 in-house call coverage for emergent C-section cases
- Approximately 5 cases per year -- roughly 30 24-hour shifts annually
- About 6 shifts per case until patient discharge
- Approximately 2 weeks notice provided before each case
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
