Location: Arlington, VA (National Landing / Crystal City)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute menu items according to restaurant recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.
Work efficiently during high-volume services while maintaining food quality and consistency.
Assist with daily prep, station setup, and closing duties.
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.
Monitor food freshness, quality, and proper portion control.
Follow all food safety and kitchen sanitation standards.
