Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Bridewell Tavern is looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team! We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that a successful kitchen requires teamwork, consistency, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute menu items consistently while maintaining our standards for quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy shifts.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist with prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and other kitchen positions as needed.
Help with opening and closing duties.
Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen/line cook experience.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining food quality.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Must be comfortable helping with dishes and other BOH responsibilities when needed.
