We're on the hunt for a Production Artist with strong hands-on experience in print production, pre-press, large-format, and digital printing. This is an on-site role working with a fast-paced production team that handles a wide range of large-format and four-color digital print projects. We're looking for someone who understands the full production workflow, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work.
If you have experience in print file setup, color management, pre-press and digital print equipment, we'd love to connect. What You'll Do
- Prepare pre-press production files and ensure files are fully print-ready
- Work with production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process
- Troubleshoot production files and printing issues as needed
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelines
- Help manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlines
- Stay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices
Requirements
- 4-5 years minimum experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and imposition
- Expertise in print-ready setup for large-format output
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A troubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity working in the Flower Mound, TX area, near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Remote work is not available.
Applicants must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows in a digital/print/large-format environment.
