About the role
We're looking for a junior sous chef or lead line cook. Please have at least 2 years experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants. We're a very faced paced "bistro" in Carroll Gardens looking for a couple great candidates to round out our team entering the busy fall/winter season. We feature a constantly rotating menu of small sharable plates rooted in french technique but drawing flavor from a more broadly european palate.
