  • Create marketing programs that support enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage industry trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events across North America and EMEA.
  • Partner closely with commercial leadership and sales teams to align marketing activities with business priorities and revenue targets.
  • Develop customer-facing content, presentations, product materials, and competitive positioning documents.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows using platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Monitor marketing performance, including funnel conversion, campaign attribution, pipeline contribution, and budget ROI.
  • Establish scalable marketing processes and continuously optimize campaigns based on measurable business results.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including product marketing and enterprise demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience developing product positioning, messaging, competitive content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that support enterprise sales pipelines and revenue growth.
  • Experience marketing complex products or technology solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience tracking funnel performance, campaign attribution, and marketing budget ROI.
  • Experience planning and executing industry events, trade shows, or other B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, develop strategy, and execute campaigns in a small, fast-moving organization.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in San Mateo, California.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), supply chain technology, material handling, or industrial technology.
