About the role
Fabletics seeks a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to own store-facing systems, promotions, and technology initiatives. You will drive cross-functional decisions, validate POS issues, and lead complex promotions from CMS to field execution at scale. The role reports to the VP, Global Retail Operations & Training and requires strong Excel/PS tools usage, plus experience with StoreForce, JIRA, Airtable, and Canva.
